Short Bio

Brooke Hoover is a girl from the small town of Guthrie, Oklahoma. Growing up she wanted to be many things, it just depended on the week. But, she always knew that whatever she decided on, she would be able to achieve it. With that being said, there were two subjects Brooke was continually interested in; science and art. She was always fascinated with observing the world and either capturing it or learning how it worked. This curiosity is what has truly aided her in her career in science.

Brooke is approximately two years away from completion of her Ph.D. in Integrative Biology. In this endeavor, she has found that science when viewed through an art lens can lead to extraordinary discoveries, and hopefully she will be able to contribute her research discoveries to the world by the completion of her degree.
